What is the necessary payment requirement to secure a pre-order item and wherecan I find details about the shipping date?

To secure your pre-order item, a full payment of 100% is necessary. Please refer to the product description for the specified shipping date, which is
subject to potential changes. Shipments will be dispatched as soon as the items become available.

How long does it take for pre-order bags to be shipped out?

Pre-order bags will usually be shipped out within 2 to 4 weeks to your designated location.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders placed before 11:00 am should be given 2 - 3 business days to be processed; during large sales or launches, this time frame may extend. We ship items on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Can I get a refund for pre-order or ready stock bags if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, refunds are not accepted and items cannot be changed once bought, as we operate on a first-come, first-served system.

Can I change the color or swap my pre-ordered item for a different one?

Unfortunately, we do not accept any changes to the color or item once a pre-order is placed, as our policy follows a first-come, first-served system.
