EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At NOBAT’, all purchases are carefully checked before shipping. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

REFUND POLICY

All items sold are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  1. The item received is damaged, or
  2. The item purchased is oversold / out of stock after payment has been made.

In these situations, customers may request a refund or an alternative solution arranged by NOBAT’.

All purchases made at NOBAT’ Pop-up events are final and not refundable under any circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that all sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

For non-sale items, exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Exchanges are first come, first served, subject to stock availability.

  2. Exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged or wrongly shipped.

  3. Exchanges are limited to one time only, and all approved exchanges are final.

  4. Customers may exchange the item one-to-one (if available) or withn another item of the same value. 

  5. Customers may choose to exchange for an item of higher value, however customer must pay the remaining price differences. 

  6. If the exchanged item is of lower value, no refund will be given. 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING 
  1. For approved exchanges due to damaged or wrongly shipped items, NOBAT’ will bear the shipping and handling fees.
  2. For all other approved exchanges, shipping and handling fees are borne by the customer.
  3. NOBAT’ is not liable for returned items until they reach our studio.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
  1. Please contact us via LIVE CHAT within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Provide a screenshot of your purchase confirmation, clear photos/videos of the item received, and the reason for exchange or refund.
  3. All exchange items must be shipped via Ninjavan only.
  4. Items must be returned in original condition, including the NOBAT’ dustbag, with proper protective packaging.
  5. Exchanges will not be accepted if there is any damage to the bag or dustbag.
  6. All parcels must be shipped with tracking. NOBAT’ will not be liable for any loss during transit.
  7. Kindly WhatsApp us the tracking number once shipped.
  8. NOBAT’ reserves the right to reject any request, even if the above conditions are met.
