Shipping policy

Once your order is in, we kick off processing within the next business day(excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Ship Out/Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Ready stock orders placed before 11:00 am should be given 2 - 3 business days to be processed; during large sales or launches, this time frame may extend. We ship items on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding public holidays.
  • Pre-order bags will usually be shipped out within 2 to 4 weeks to your designated location.

You will receive another notification via email when your order has shipped. 

IMPORTANT
Please ensure that the receiver’s mobile number and address are accurate as the driver might need to contact the receiver to hand over the item and to have assistance locating your address. In such a case that the receiver is not reachable, we will not be responsible for any delay caused. 

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL
NOBAT ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for delay in performing or for failure to perform its obligations if the delay or failure results from any of the following:

  1. Default of delivery partners' delivery process.
  2. Theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind, and 
  3. Any cause or circumstance whatsoever beyond NOBAT ENTERPRISE’s reasonable control.
